Nick is a Podiatrist from Melbourne who has specialized in the management of high risk diabetic feet currently working at two major tertiary public health services. This will be an interactive presentation on the biomechanics of the diabetic foot and how pressure mapping can be used in clinic to maximize the management of diabetic foot ulcer patients. The presentation will feature case studies and discussion from practice from a Podiatrists perspective.

Patrick Crowe, Tekscan USA & David Sutton will use the In-shoe pressure mapping system to demonstrate how quick & effective the data capture can be and how it can and will guide the clinician to create a better evidence based outcome. Demonstrating the collateral effect some off loading approaches may create.
